How long are sessions?
Sessions are 50 minutes long. 90 minute sessions are available upon request and dependent clinician’s availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Session dates and times are reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to attend a session, please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missed session in full.
Do you accept insurance?
I work with both insurance-based and private-pay clients.
Insurance
Insurance services are offered through third-party platforms such as Headway and Octave. These platforms manage eligibility, benefits, and billing directly. Clients using insurance may experience differences in scheduling, documentation, or communication processes based on platform requirements.
Private
Pay Private-pay clients receive onboarding, documentation, and communication through my secure client portal.
Do you offer texting or between-session support?
No. To protect the therapeutic relationship and ensure sustainability, communication is limited to sessions and scheduled appointments.

What to Expect
My Approach
My work is relational, trauma-informed, and structured. Therapy is collaborative, paced, and focused on long-term change—not crisis management or on-demand support.
Communication Boundaries
Email is used for scheduling and administrative matters only. I do not provide therapy or crisis support via email or text. Messages are typically returned within 48 business hours.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 911, 988, or go to your nearest emergency room.
