Therapy Session Insight

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and release distressing memories that may feel “stuck” in the present. We begin by building safety, stability, and trust before engaging in trauma processing.

Often supportive for trauma, anxiety, childhood experiences, grief, and emotional overwhelm.

Trauma-Informed Care

Your responses make sense in the context of what you’ve lived through. Traumainformed therapy centers safety, choice, and collaboration, helping you reconnect with a sense of control and self-trust.

Often supportive for chronic stress, burnout, emotional sensitivity, and trauma recovery.

Relational Therapy

Our early and current relationships shape how we connect, communicate, and care for ourselves. Relational therapy offers space to explore attachment patterns with warmth and curiosity — not judgment.

Often supportive for relationship concerns, people-pleasing, trust challenges, and selfworth

Perinatal Mental Health Support

Pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, and the transition into parenthood can bring complex emotions and identity shifts. This space honors your full experience — without pressure to feel a certain way.

Often supportive for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, fertility loss, and adjustment to parenthood.

Grief & Loss Counseling

Grief does not follow a timeline. Therapy offers a space to process loss in your own way, honoring what has been lost while finding ways to carry it with care.

Often supportive for loss of a loved one, pregnancy or fertility loss, major life transitions, and anticipatory grief

Motivational Interviewing

A collaborative, strengths-based approach that helps you explore ambivalence, clarify values, and move toward meaningful change — without pressure or judgment.

Often supportive when feeling stuck, overwhelmed by decisions, or navigating transitions.
